Fold the Cup

Fold the cup into a C-fold, punch-down fold, or 7-fold — whichever is most comfortable for you.

Insert the Cup

While in a comfortable position (sitting, squatting, or standing), gently insert the folded cup into your vagina, aiming toward your tailbone.

Let It Pop Open

Once inside, the cup will unfold and form a seal against your vaginal walls. You may rotate it slightly to ensure it's open.

Wear Up to 8 Hours

Remove & Empty

With clean hands, gently pull the stem until you can reach the base. Pinch the base to release the seal and remove the cup. Empty it into the toilet.

Rinse the cup with water (or mild soap) and reinsert. At the end of your cycle, sterilize it in boiling water for 5 minutes.
